Tegan
With a background spanning luxury hospitality, commercial leadership, business consultancy and client relationship management, Tegan founded Ivory & Co. with one goal: to create a cleaning company built on professionalism, trust and exceptional standards.
Her commercial experience includes working as a Sales Director for a national commercial cleaning company in the United States — experience that informs how Ivory & Co. approaches standards, process and client care.
Alongside Ivory & Co., Tegan is also the founder of The Converge Club and its growing portfolio of businesses, bringing a modern approach to service, leadership and client experience.

Issan
Issan brings more than 15 years of experience overseeing housekeeping operations aboard world-class superyachts and prestigious private estates.
Having managed luxury interiors, owner residences, VIP environments and housekeeping teams at the highest level, she brings an exceptional eye for detail and consistency to every Ivory & Co. team member.
A devoted dog owner herself, Issan sets the standard for how our team works in homes with pets — calmly, respectfully and without disruption to the household.
