One-Off Cleaning &
Home Refresh
A single professional visit to bring the house back to order, with no ongoing commitment.
Booked ahead of hosting, after a gathering, before a viewing, or simply when the week has run away with you. We agree the priorities in advance so the hours are spent exactly where they matter to you — this is a reset of the rooms you use, not a full deep clean.

Deep Cleaning
A methodical, hours-longer clean that reaches everything a routine visit does not.
Where a regular visit maintains, a deep clean resets. Appliances are cleaned inside, limescale is treated, and edges, tracks, grout and detail work are completed by hand. Most clients begin here before moving onto a routine.

An empty-property clean prepared for inventory, inspection or your first night in.
Carried out in an unfurnished or emptied property, so cupboards, wardrobes and appliances are cleaned inside and out. Suitable for end of tenancy, completion day and landlord handovers where the property must present as it did on day one.

Exceptional cleaning remains the foundation. These wider services are intentionally limited and available only to selected households following consultation. If this longer-term relationship interests you, mention it in your enquiry and we will discuss it at consultation.
Dog & Animal Friendly
Pets Are Part Of The Home,
So We're Always Happy To Work Around Them.
We welcome homes with dogs, cats and other household pets. Where additional pet-related cleaning is required, such as significant dog or cat hair, a small additional charge may apply so that we can allow the appropriate time, products and attention to clean the property thoroughly.
This is not automatic. Most homes with pets are quoted as standard. Any additional charge will be discussed during your home consultation and reflected clearly in your quotation.
