So We're Always Happy To Work Around Them.
We welcome homes with dogs, cats and other household pets. Where additional pet-related cleaning is required, such as significant dog or cat hair, a small additional charge may apply so that we can allow the appropriate time, products and attention to clean the property thoroughly.
This is not automatic. Most homes with pets are quoted as standard. Any additional charge will be discussed during your home consultation and reflected clearly in your quotation.

For recurring care, our monthly packages begin at £185 for The Ivory Essentials, £375 for The Premium Ivory and £495 for The Signature Ivory & Co. One-off, deep and move-out cleans are quoted individually.
Do You Offer Weekly And Fortnightly Cleaning?
Yes. Regular home cleaning is arranged weekly, fortnightly or monthly, on a day and time window that suits your household. Weekly and fortnightly are the routines most of our clients choose.
What Areas Do You Cover?
We currently serve Nantwich and surrounding areas within approximately 10 miles of the town. Enquiries outside our current service area are considered individually. We also continue to serve our established clients in Nottingham and Nottinghamshire, where the business was founded.
Do You Provide Cleaning Products And Equipment?
Our preference is for products and equipment to be provided within the home, as it allows us to work with the brands and surfaces you already trust. Where you would rather we supplied our own professional products and equipment, this can be discussed further and arranged at an additional cost, agreed at consultation.

Yes. A one-off clean or home refresh can be booked without any ongoing commitment — before hosting, after a gathering, or simply when the house needs bringing back to order.
Do You Offer Deep Cleaning?
Yes. Our deep clean is a longer, more methodical visit that includes inside the oven and appliances, limescale treatment, skirtings, frames, window interiors, tracks and detailed grout care. Many clients begin with a deep clean before starting a routine.
