Established In Nottingham. Now Serving Nantwich.
Ivory & Co. Services was launched in Nottingham & Nottinghamshire, where we established the standards, processes and client relationships that continue to define the business today.
Since moving to Cheshire, Nantwich is now our local base and primary growth market, whilst we continue to serve our remaining established clients in Nottingham & Nottinghamshire.
Our current local service area is approximately 10 miles from Nantwich, with enquiries outside this area considered individually.
We remain deliberately boutique. Our team is small, trained to our own written standards, DBS checked, insured and matched to the households they keep — so you recognise the person at your door and they know your home.

Why Ivory & Co. Exists
Sundays Aren't Meant For Chores. They're Meant For Family.
Growing up in a household with two working parents, much of the responsibility for keeping things running fell to me. At the time, I didn't fully understand the significance of it.
Looking back, I understand what it gave my parents: one less pressure to carry, and more time at the weekend to simply be a family. They couldn't afford a cleaner until much later in life, and that stayed with me.
Ivory & Co. was created from that understanding. We want to give families the same relief that professional household support eventually gave mine — fewer chores competing for their attention, less pressure at the end of a long week, and more time for the people and things that matter.
But the vision goes beyond our clients. We want to build a business that creates meaningful employment, pays people properly for the work they do, develops them professionally and gives our team the opportunity to build better futures for themselves and their families.
Because Ivory & Co. doesn't only serve our clients' homes. We serve the families behind those homes — and we intend to serve the families and futures of the people who work with us too.

Professional Background
Hospitality Standards, Commercial Discipline.
Our founder’s career spans over a decade in premium hospitality alongside commercial cleaning leadership — including a role as Sales Director for a national commercial cleaning company in the United States, where specifications, auditing and consistency are held to contractual standards.
Those years in premium hospitality, spent in environments where presentation is never left to chance, shaped how we think about discretion and the small courtesies that make a home feel cared for rather than simply cleaned.
That combination is unusual in domestic cleaning, and it is the reason this company exists: professional cleaning standards, delivered with a hospitality mindset.
Our Nottingham Beginnings
Where Ivory & Co. Began.
Our earliest work was across Nottingham city centre, Lenton, West Bridgford, Wollaton, Beeston and Mapperley — a mixture of family home cleaning, student properties, HMO and landlord portfolios and short-term rental homes. That variety taught us how to write a specification, hold a standard and keep a schedule, whatever the property.
