Construction Projects
Construction & Completion Cleaning.
Ivory & Co. can support construction and property projects through different stages of cleaning and presentation, subject to the scope and requirements of each project.
Stage 01
Rough / Initial Construction Clean
Removal of heavier construction-related dust, debris and general site residue following appropriate stages of construction.
Stage 02
Post-Construction Clean
Detailed cleaning following completion of construction works, preparing the property for the next stage of use, inspection or finishing.
Stage 03
Final / Sparkle Clean
The final presentation clean, focused on detailed finishing, presentation and readiness for handover, occupation, photography or opening.
Not every project requires all three stages. The appropriate stage, or combination of stages, is determined according to the project, its programme and its condition.

We do not provide generic pre-estimated quotations for commercial or construction work. Every project is assessed individually. Following a walkthrough, we consider the property's size, condition, specification and requirements before preparing a tailored quotation.
Approximate square metreage forms an important part of the pricing assessment, but it is not an automatic rate. The final specification and price are prepared after the walkthrough.
